Welcome to Bsound Pro Audio. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking equipment rentals and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or making a reservation.
Products and Services
Bsound Pro Audio sells and rents professional audio, lighting, and event-production equipment, including loudspeakers, line arrays, subwoofers, amplifiers, mixing consoles, microphones, lighting systems, cables, accessories,, and complete Pro Audio packages.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability are accurate. However, availability may change without notice, and images may differ slightly from the equipment supplied.
Rental equipment remains the property of Bsound Pro Audio and must be used, handled, and returned according to the agreed rental terms. Additional services—including delivery, installation05, installation, setup, technical assistance, and collection—may be subject to separate charges and conditions.
A purchase, rental, or service booking is confirmed only after Bsound PA accepts the order and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Bsound Pro Audio website are stated in euros (€). Applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation fees, technical-support costs, and other additional expenses will be clearly indicated before an order or booking is confirmed.
Product and rental prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will remain subject to the price stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a purchase, rental, or service booking. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and before the equipment is delivered, collected, or used, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments must be made using one of the secure payment methods offered by Bsound Pro Audio. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. An order is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.
Shipping and Delivery
Bsound Pro Audio delivers professional audio, lighting, and event-production equipment throughout France and to selected international destinations. Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination, equipment size, weight, and required service.
Estimated delivery times will be provided when an order or rental booking is confirmed. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that an authorised person is available to receive and inspect the equipment. Any visible damage or missing items should be reported immediately and recorded with the carrier where applicable.
Rental delivery, installation, collection, and return arrangements will follow the schedule confirmed in the rental agreement. Additional charges may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts, address changes, urgent delivery, or services requested outside the agreed terms.
Returns and Refunds
Consumers purchasing eligible products online from Bsound Pro Audio may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. The customer must notify Bsound Pro Audio clearly before the withdrawal period expires and return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request. Returned products must be complete and carefully packaged, with all supplied accessories and documentation. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when this was clearly communicated before purchase. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be deducted where permitted by law.
Eligible refunds, including standard delivery charges, will be issued through the original payment method within the legally required period. Bsound PA may wait until the goods have been returned or proof of shipment has been provided where legally permitted.
Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described remain protected by applicable legal guarantees. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Rental cancellations, deposits, and refunds are governed by the conditions stated in the accepted quotation or rental agreement. Equipment returned late, incomplete, damaged, or excessively dirty may result in additional charges. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under French consumer law.
Limitation of Liability
Bsound Pro Audio will provide its products, rentals, and services with reasonable care and in accordance with the confirmed order, quotation, or rental agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bsound PA will not be responsible for losses resulting from:
Improper use, unauthorised modification, or incorrect installation of equipment;
Failure to follow safety instructions or technical guidance;
Unsuitable electrical supplies, internet connections, venues, structures, or equipment provided by the customer or a third party;
Delays, interruptions, or failures caused by carriers, venues, suppliers, weather conditions, power failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
Damage occurring after rented equipment has been delivered to or collected by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring that the venue, power supply, access, and operating conditions are suitable for the selected equipment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, personal injury, gross negligence, defective products, or failure to perform an essential contractual obligation. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under French or European law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any agreement entered into with Bsound Pro Audio, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of French law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country in which you normally reside. Nothing in these Terms limits any legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
