At Bsound PA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to products purchased from our website. Equipment rentals are governed by the cancellation and rental conditions confirmed at the time of booking.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the item is defective or your statutory consumer rights apply.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the condition in which it was received

• Include its original packaging, accessories, manuals and cables

• Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Before returning anything, contact Bsound PA to obtain approval and the correct return address. Products must not be sent directly to the manufacturer unless we instruct you to do so.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise, we cannot accept returns of:

• Custom-made or specially ordered equipment

• Downloadable software, licence keys or activated digital products

• Sealed hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, including certain microphones, windscreens, headphones and in-ear monitors

• Consumable products that have been opened or used

• Gift cards

• Products marked as final sale where legally permitted

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted when:

• The product shows signs of use

• Parts, accessories, cables, manuals or packaging are missing

• The product has been damaged for reasons not caused by Bsound PA

• The return is received more than 30 days after delivery and we voluntarily agree to accept it

Any deduction will reflect the product’s reduction in value and will be explained to you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.

Approved defective or incorrect products will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable French consumer law. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, are not limited by this policy.

Refund Procedure

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Original delivery charges will be refunded when required by applicable law, but optional or enhanced delivery costs may not be refundable.

If your refund does not appear after confirmation:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your card provider or payment service.

3. Contact your bank, as processing may take several business days.

4. If the refund is still missing, contact Bsound Pro Audio.

Exchanges

We replace products that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange, contact us before sending the item back. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Sale and Promotional Items

Regular-priced and sale items may be returned under this policy. A discount code or coupon does not automatically remove your right to request a return or exercise any mandatory consumer right.

Return Shipping

If you return an unwanted product under our voluntary 30-day policy, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Bsound PA will cover reasonable return costs when an item is defective, damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for valuable equipment. You remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Rental Equipment

Rental equipment cannot be returned under the product-return procedure. Rental cancellations, booking deposits, late returns, damage, loss and refunds are governed by the rental agreement accepted when the booking is made.

French and European Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under French or European consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
