LS500 legacy NEXO subwoofer

The Nexo LS500 is a legacy NEXO subwoofer model. The manufacturer’s archive includes a dedicated LS500 exploded-view and spare-parts document, confirming that LS500 is an established model designation rather than a shorthand for the later LS600.

Exact model identification is useful when maintaining older professional sound equipment. A parts drawing can help an engineer identify the correct cabinet assembly and distinguish it from similarly named products, while the appropriate operating documentation should be used for system connections and processing.

Working with an established system

When considering an LS500 for an existing installation, start by confirming the identity of the cabinets already in the system. Then identify the amplifier and controller arrangement in use. This keeps the purchase decision tied to the actual system rather than assuming that all NEXO subwoofers share the same requirements.

The available stock figure on this listing represents four individually offered units. A planned stereo or distributed system may use more than one cabinet, but that design decision is separate from the per-unit sale price.

Official legacy reference

The linked manufacturer drawing is specific to the LS500. It offers a useful starting reference for the model’s identity and assembly. Technical choices such as processing, wiring and replacement components should be matched to the exact revision and the relevant NEXO documentation.
